Pacific Beach has a reputation, and most of it happens on Garnet Avenue after dark. Our homes are not there. They sit on residential streets one to three blocks back, close enough to walk to the sand, the coffee and the fish tacos, far enough that nobody wakes up at 1am.
Every home is remodeled, air conditioned and stocked before you arrive, from the crib and high chair to the beach chairs and boogie boards. We own them, we live nearby and we look after them ourselves.

We came to visit San Diego twenty years ago from our home on the East Coast, and we never left. We stayed for the year-round beach weather, the laid-back pace and the endless outdoor life, and now our two kids are growing up surfing the same breaks we learned on.
We live locally and manage every home ourselves. That means we are on call for a repair, a restaurant recommendation or a question at 9pm, so you can get back to your vacation. It also means we choose quiet residential streets over the middle of the action, so families can actually sleep.

Coffee, groceries, surf rentals, taco shops and the lifeguarded family beach are all within a few blocks of our Pacific Beach homes. SeaWorld is a ten minute drive and Balboa Park is fifteen.
Every home is one to three blocks from the sand. Emerald Getaways is one block, Reed Townhomes and Beryl House are two blocks, and our Solana Beach condo has stairs leading directly down to the beach.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. From May through August we move check-out to 10am so our cleaning team can hold the same standard through the busy season.
Yes, and it is included. Every home has a pack ‘n play, high chair and single and double strollers, with full-size cribs in select homes. For the beach we provide chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys, plus coolers and wagons at select homes.
Yes. Every home has off-street parking. Several of the Reed townhomes have designated 37ft garages, and the Beryl homes have garage and driveway parking.
No. All of our homes are pet free because of allergy concerns, which keeps them comfortable for every guest who stays.
For bookings made on this site: a full refund for cancellations at least 30 days before check-in, and a 50% refund at least 14 days before check-in. Beryl House offers a full refund 60 days before check-in and 50% at 30 days. If you booked elsewhere, please check that platform for its own terms.
