This is our story of how we fell in love with this beach town and built our business to share this magical experience with our guests.
Welcome to our Pacific Beach Luxury Rentals! We came to visit San Diego seventeen years ago from our home on the East Coast... and we've never left! We love the year-round beach weather, the laid-back vibe, and the endless outdoor activities for us and now for our children!

We take great pride in our rentals in San Diego, live locally, and personally manage our rentals. We are on-call for any repairs, advice, or needs of our guests so that you can get back to enjoying your visit to San Diego!

Why Rob and Stephanie Chose Pacific Beach
We have always loved the ocean and the outdoor lifestyle that our beach rentals provide. Plus, the youthful vibe and atmosphere in Pacific Beach keeps us coming back! We both learned how to surf at Law St and Tourmaline Beach Park nearby and have many fond memories of living in Pacific Beach. We now surf as a family, our boy age 12 and girl age 10, at the Del Mar beaches.
What makes this house unique

Our location is perfect for families! Most of our rentals are 1-3 blocks to the beach and walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, beach bars....but we are not in the heart of Pacific Beach so we don't hear any partying at night. Our rentals are located on streets that are more residential and quiet, but still close enough to enjoy everything that Pacific Beach has to offer! Central air conditioning is installed in all of our rentals.
