Step 1: Review Arrival Info
All your arrival information will be sent to you via your booking app or email.

Step 2: Plan Your Experience
Local recommendations will be included in your confirmation email.

Step 4: Please Follow the Rules
Our policies are in place to ensure every guest has an amazing experience staying with us.
• Quiet hours: Quiet hours 9pm-9am are strictly enforced at all of our properties.
• Pet policy: All of our properties are pet free.
• No smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited inside or around our properties, including patios and courtyards.
Step 5: Checking out
Checking out is a breeze! Here's how it works:
• Check out is 10am May through August and 11am otherwise. Luggage storage is available.
• Upon check out, please lock the front door and leave one key in
the lockbox
• Load and start dishwasher, clean cookware, BBQ, beach toys,
and baby items if used. Sheets and towels can be left as is.
• Please turn off the thermostat, lights, and fans upon your
departure.
• Log out of your streaming app accounts such as Netflix
